1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of studio space and services provided by The Image Factory (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or using our facilities, you (“you”, “the client”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

The remaining 50% balance is due at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.

If the balance is not paid on time, the booking may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.

Bookings made within 24 hours of the desired time slot must be paid in full.

Payment can be made via our booking system, bank transfer, or any approved method.

3. Studio Access & Usage

The Image Factory operates 24/7 by appointment only.

Clients must arrive and leave within their scheduled booking window.

Early entry or late exit without approval may result in additional fees.

Access may be provided via key code or staff entry—this is confidential and must not be shared.

4. Equipment & Facilities

Studio hire includes access to lighting, furniture, and audio gear (if applicable), subject to availability.

Any damage to equipment or the property must be reported immediately and will be chargeable.

You are welcome to bring your own gear, but we are not liable for any loss or damage.

5. Conduct & Responsibilities

No smoking, illegal activity, or excessive noise is allowed.

You are responsible for your own conduct and that of any guests or clients you bring.

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate a session without refund if rules are breached.

CCTV operates throughout the premises for safety and security.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, you may reschedule once using your deposit.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-shows will be charged in full.

If we are forced to cancel your booking, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

7. Liability & Insurance

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

Clients should carry personal or business insurance where necessary.

You agree to indemnify The Image Factory against any claims arising from your use of the space.

8. Content Ownership

You retain full rights to all content you create at The Image Factory.

With your consent, we may request to feature your content for promotional purposes.

9. Health & Safety

Keep fire exits clear at all times.

Please report any incidents or hazards immediately.

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the studio after changes means you accept the new Terms.
